At a hula hooping hen party, you'll learn how to hoop on the waist and fun hula hoop tricks - on body and off body - that you can link into a routine. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned hooper, there are tricks for everyone at this fun hen do.

Parties start with a quick body warm up, to get you ready to hoop by learning individual moves. From there we will link the moves together with ease. Some of our hens have gone on to perform their routine at the bride-to-be's wedding!
